Founding partner Heidemarie Paulitsch represents litigants in white-collar crime cases and advises clients in criminal compliance matters. She has defended, managed and litigated a wide variety of cases in major wide-collar crime proceedings and internal investigation cases.

Ms Paulitsch is a law-school graduate of the Karl-Franzens University of Graz (Mag.iur. 2003) and studied abroad at the Law School of the University of Oklahoma/USA. After her court practice at Austrian courts and traineeship in Dublin/Ireland, she worked in the legal department of Mondi, an international group in paper and packaging industry. Ms Paulitsch subsequently continued her legal career in Austrian’s most renowned criminal law and commercial law firms (such as Wolf Theiss, Schönherr, Soyer). She completed her doctorate (Dr.iur.) in the topic “Compliance and Criminal Liability of Corporations” in 2007 and admitted to the bar in 2009.

In 2016, Ms Paulitsch founded the law firm PAULITSCH LAW.

Ms Paulitsch is also a sought-after lecturer and regularly publishes in legal journals. Her book “Handbuch Hausdurchsuchungen” (handbook house searches) was published at Linde Verlag. Her expertise is recognized and Ms Paulitsch was ranked among the best lawyers in Austria, e.g., Trend (Annual Lawyer Ranking), Handelsblatt Austria’s Best Lawyers, Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
