Nina Schmidt studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). During her master’s studies, she worked as a tutor at the Institute for Austrian and European Public Law at WU and was a finalist in the Helga Pederson Moot Court Competition for European Human Rights in Strasbourg in 2022/23.
Ms. Schmidt gained work experience in the legal departments of banks, as well as through a legal internship at the Central Public Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption (WKStA), and after completing her master’s degree, during her judicial clerkship within the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
